Happy awake newborn baby.
Before I was a mama I thought that all newborn babies looked exactly alike. Then my own babies came along and I could tell you their every detail and all their little differences, as I’m sure all mamas do with their babies. Now that I’m a newborn photographer? My goodness! They’re all perfect and amazing in their own ways, but what I love is that they each have their own personalities right from the very start. This handsome fella visited me for his newborn session and was full of smiles and bright eyes! I think that parents first worry is that their baby will not sleep through their sessions and I want to reassure you that it’s okay if they don’t. Awake newborns are pretty normal and I have them here at the studio pretty often! I really enjoy seeing their sweet little wide open eyes and it’s okay if they’re not perfectly sleepy. We can absolutely still get beautiful photos of your little one. Just like this little man. Noah slept pretty darn well as he was so interested in everything going on around him. He gave me the perfect little sweet eyes near the end! I love his fluffy hair and precious grin.
